Tucan will perform an audit on your entire network which means we will measure how well it conforms to a set of established criteria.  We assess the security of the system's physical configuration and environment, software, information handling processes, and user practices.  These audits are often used to determine regulatory compliance, in the wake of legislation like the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Tucan can also perform "white hacks" on your system.  This is a covert operation in which  security experts try a number of attacks to ascertain whether or not a system could withstand the same types of attacks from a malicious hacker.  In a "white hack", anything goes in terms of what the "friendly" hacker may try, such as social engineering.  Social engineering is a term that describes a non-technical kind of intrusion that relies heavily on human interaction and often involves tricking other people to break normal security procedures.
